How do I export to html while retaining clickable hyperlinks?

I have a basic pdf which is a series of text and graphics.  One of the graphics has a hyperlink that opens a web-page.  When I export the pdf to html, the hyperlink goes away.  How do I export and keep the links?

You'd probably have to put it back. Consider exporting to Word instead, so you can easily correct/edit the results, before going from Word to HTML.
