How do I fill in a PDF form.

1. Start by downloading and installing the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on your computer.
   You can download it from: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
   Install instructions are here: Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on Windows
2. Save the PDF form to your computer, launch the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application, and choose File > Open, navigate to the PDF and open it.
3. You can now fill in the PDF form.

Note: this assumes that the PDF form is a fillable form with form fields, such as text fields for example, that you can interact with.
