How do I fix Headers that shifted up from the next page to the prior page?

While working on my scanned document to make it editable, somehow the Headers from the next page shifted up and now appear on the prior page. Otherwise the document is completed. Is there any way to fix this? Example - the attached is the first page in my document. You see "liablity" at the bottom, this belongs at the top of the next page. NO idea how this happened. It was correct to begin with and happened something during editing.
