How do I fix these scanned PDF alignment issues before I OCR?

It's been my experience that when I scan something sideways, upside down, or at an angle. Acrobat's OCR will auto-adjust to make them all upright and level.

Try one to verify, then do the rest.

I do no know why the grey areas are there, and the text area to OCR moves, and if I can align these it will make my work go faster.
