Question

How do I get in touch with the backend support for Acrobat?

The issue I am having is due to starting a new contract with Adobe. All users are on the new contract profile, but no matter what the Adobe support team does, they can't seem to fix the issue we're having. The  issue is that most users cannot access all of the tools in Acrobat. Specifically, none of them are able to use the Request E-signatures feature. When they try to use that feture in the app, it just spins and freezes the app. If they try to use that feature online, it is greyed out and unusable. When I call the 800 number for support, they won't let me tlalk to a manager or another level of support either. They have tried to unassign and reassign users, they have tried to remove and readd each user, and they have tried a few other things, but have only been able to get Request E-signatures to work for a small nuimber of users. They also want to archive some users and delete all of their files in order to get Acrobat to work, but I think there has to be a way arounfd that also. Is there a way to contact the backend support directly to resolve this for the remaining users? It seems that no one I have talked to with the support team is taking this seriously, and I am very frustrated that they will not elevate this. I have spent about two days on the phone with the support team and have acheived almost nothing to get this resolved.
