How do i get links on my PDF to work on mobile devices?

I have a PDF in an Amazon Cloud. Inside the PDF i have created links that open up other PDF that are also in the Cloud. on a PC or Mac Laptop it works fine, but when i go to a I-phone or Android the link does not open up?

Unless those links are to a website, they are not going to work on mobile

devices.
