How do I get rid of white border on PDF file thumbnail?

Hello, I saw that someone (Alfonso5EAF) asked this question before with no reply.

I recently updated from Windows 7 to Windows 11. For work and organization we use a pdf thumbnail view on our files to visually sort through them quicker. The thumbnail images never had a white border around them. With the move to Windows 11, they now have a white border around them, which is very uneasy on the eye and I would like to go back to how it used to look. Does anyone have a way to solve this problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Adam

I attached a version of a thumbnail that has the white borders, and a correct one without the borders that Alfonso5EAF originally uploaded as reference.

Please let us know if this happens with all the thumbnails.

Share the current Acrobat installed on your Windows 11 machine. Also, let us know if you have tried any troubleshooting steps.

Try once repairing the application installation. In Acrobat, go to File > Help > Repair Installation.
