How do I get started???

Help!  I just signed up/paid ..... but I can't get into the Adobe Pro I signed up for!  Caught in a loop where I can read about my Plan (Pro) and the other plans, add app to my phone, change my Profile, and I can post HERE!    No way to do any work.  No way to use Adobe Pro.
