How do i keep Firefox and other third party apps from ignoring the secure PDF doc settings

Is there anything you can do when securing a pdf file that will keep Firefox from allowing viewers to copy or print a pdf file when i have secured the pdf file from doing those things?

i am rearching and cannot find a solution.

Try applying a File Open password. But basically this is something to complain about to the developers of the Firefox (and other browsers') PDF plugins.
