How do I list a large number of PDF files to identify only those that have been generated with a particular PDF Producer tag?

I would like to automatically run OCR ("Recognize Text") on all those particular files so that they become searchable. However there is a large number of files...

They have been created via our copy machine and are not searchable, they bear the PDF Producer tag "Adobe PSL 1.2e for Canon"

I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Professional.
