How do I load my perpetual version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on a new replacement computer?

That depends on where you got it from.

 

If you got it through a subscription, and are still subscribing, it's as easy as installing the Creative Cloud desktop application and then installing Acrobat Pro DC from the application. You'll have to sign into your Adobe account and de-activate the old one, if you have two installs. If you only have one, you can just sign into your account from Acrobat and all should be good. You can de-activate the other install at your leisure.

 

If you have it on CD/DVD, that gets more complex. Adobe shut down the activation for the 2020 version of Acrobat Pro DC at the start of the month. Older CD/DVD versions have been shut down too. I could use a bunch of soft words to ease the blow, but the short story is that software has expired and you'll have to subscribe to get the latest version, or buy a three-year license to install a new version on your system.
