How do I lock an editing tool?

For example, sometimes I need to continuously use the Circle or Line tools, instead of having to click on it every time. I think in the previous version of Acrobat I was able to double-click on a tool and it would stick, but now that my company updated to DC, I can't seem to lock tools anymore.. suggestions?

Right-click the tool in the Comment panel and select Keep Tool Selected.

I'm not sure what you mean about the Comment panel, it doesn't have Circle or Line, etc. there..

I try to right click the Circle on my Quick Tools and I don't get a Keep Tool Selected option.

What am I missing?
