How do I login on the desktop app? Do I need to login to use digital certificates for signing?

Hi, I want to sign a PDF using a digitcal certificate issued by my organization. The certificate has been trusted and approved for signing in the Acrobat desktop app. However, it looks like this feature requires the pro version of Acrobat.

I signed up for a free trial, but there doesn't seem to be a way to login to this new account that I've created from the app. I checked all of the options in the "preferences" menu and didn't see anything relevant.

Note, downloading different versions of the app is not an option. I am using version 2025.001.20474

@nicolas_6933 are you not signed in to the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application itself with the Adobe ID you used to sign up for the trial? If not, then that's the main reason. This desktop app acts as the central hub for all your Adobe licenses. If you're signed in there, try restarting Acrobat and even your computer to force a refresh of the licensing. If it still doesn't activate, clear the history, cache and cookies of your web browser, and try signing out again and then back into the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Usually, once you start a trial, the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app (which manages all Adobe installations) should automatically detect your trial license and apply it to the installed Acrobat version. Since you can't find a login option in preferences, it suggests your desktop app might not be fully synced.
