How Do I Move Acrobat Pro 2017 Windows Over to a Mac Version?

I bought Acrobat Pro 2017 in July 2018 for my Windows machine.  This machine is now at the end of its life so I bought a MacBook Pro.  This site implies that even for a non-subscription app I could move from one platform to another, although I may have to pay upgrade fees.  Fine.  It said you needed to Contact Us.  Ok.  But I cannot find any way to do this.  When I used the "talk to a real person" feature I got a dumb robot that was totally useless.

My product is registered, and I paid over $500 for it less than 2 years ago, but you'd think I'm trying to get a free replacement for a worn-out Commodore 64.  Can anyone tell me how I go about getting some authoritative information about what I can do and how I can do it?  Thanks!

John

We can't help you. You need to try again and contact Adobe directly. Yes, it's a pain in the back-side, but it's the only way, I'm afraid.

Thanks for the prompt reply try67.  I'll take another shot at it.  JV
