How do I open Portfolio in Windows 10 Professional

I am trying to open Portfolio with Acrobat XI in Windows 10 and it continues to prompt to install Flash Player.  I have done so, then removed it and reinstalled, but Windows 10 states Flash is integrated into Win 10.  When I go the Acrobat-specific installer page for Flash, that does not resolve my issue.

I have disabled Click-To-Run in GPedit.
