I purchased Acrobat Pro XI in 2013 as a card in a retail store for online installation. My computer broke and I had to purchase a new computer and all software has been lost. I have all codes needed but cannot locate where to install the software from. Please help. Thank you.

i don't see that message.  in fact, that doesn't look like an adobe.com message.  are you behind a corporate firewall?

if not, sign in to adobe.com and then try.

if you see the same message try a different browser and/or a different internet connection.

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

This is the message I get:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/APRO/11/win32/AcrobatPro_11_Web_WWMUI.exe" on this server.
