How do I remove the "A screen shot of a cell phone Description generated automatically" text box?

I have this little pop up on documents that drives me bonkers.

How do I remove it? This is incredibly frustrating.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Try the "Remove Hidden Information" command in Acrobat.

Thank you for your suggestion. That removed all the content from the document. All I want is that pop up to stop.

If this is a PDF Form and you have edit rights on the document, check the screenshot attached; you can for "Tooltips" under the field property. If this is not a form, check for comments, there may be a comment.
