How Do I Save a Form and Data Input into the Form on a Web Page

Hello All

I have a fillable PDF form on a web page.  I need my users to go to the form, input data BUT save the data into the PDF form before they exit.  Users who subsequently access the form will be able to see previous entries by other users.  Anyone know how to accomplish this (if possible) using Adobe Acrobat?
