How do I save the Acrobat DC Workspace Setup (as in FrameMaker or Illustrator)?

I've configured the toolbar in Acrobat DC and now I want to give my Workspace a name so I can save it. That way, if I change it or accidentally reset it to the default (like I did yesterday), I can simply reset my saved Workspace (rather than having to reconfigure it from scratch).

You can do this in FrameMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. But I can't find a similar function in Acrobat DC.

How do I mark this answer as INCORRECT?

The Customize Quick Tools dialog does NOT look like the one in the instructions. It looks like the image below.

And if you click Save, it closes the dialog without offering any chance to add a Workspace name.
