How do I save the converted form?

I am able to convert my word form to PDF, but when I save the PDF document, the form fields do not work. The document saves as a regular PDF document and the fields cannot be filled in.

You'll need to recreate your fields from scratch. The two technologies are

not compatible with each other.

If the technologies are incompatible, why does the "preview" function work? Hard to figure. Thanks for your help.

What "preview function"? Just to clarify, by "technologies" I meant the form fields, not anything else.

By the way, you can convert form fields directly to PDF fields if you use OpenOffice, but not MS Office.
