How do I select 1 line of editable text box?

Acrobat parses the page when you select the Edit Text & Images tool and divides the text in it to boxes, but this boxes often turn editing text difficult.

Is there a way to select only 1 line of each paragraph (or box) avoiding any non-desired modification of the other lines?. The issue happens every time you turn a scanned pdf into a editable pdf. Even if I change the color of one single letter, the rest of the text moves and fixing it it's extremely difficult and a waste of time.

There's an app (Wondershare PDFelement) that allows you to select each single line.
