how do i send a fillable form for signature and only have the recipient go to the signature line without going through all the other fillable spaces?

If I understand correctly, then you want the end user to directly go to the signature box of the form that you have sent to him without going to through the entire form?

Using Acrobat DC you can embed a link at the top of your form, the link would indicate to the signature box. After clicking on the link it would take the signer to the destination. How to embed the link for that you may refer to Links and attachments in PDFs, Adobe Acrobat
