How do I set duplex printing as the default

I wish to print most things duplex long edge to save paper and trees. However at the moment I cannot seem to find anyway to make this the default print setting for adobe acrobat DC Pro.  I have to chose FILE PROPERTIES ADVANCED  and change it from simplex to duplex for every document I print.

This is very tedious as when I print I am sometimes having to print 20-30 different files at a time. 

I am on a mac

Is there a way to change the default to be duplex ?
