How do I speak to a REAL person?

I have two computers activated on my CC account - this can be seen in my account settings. But Acrobat Pro thinks I have about 10 activated! This is a clearly an error but it means I cannot use it - something that is essential to my work flow. Being unable to access it is costing me money and damaging my reputation with my clients. Why don't Adobe have any useful support?

 

All I want is to speak to a REAL person. 

All I want is for Adobe products to work.

Considering I pay almost £50 a month (probably for the rest of my career) I don't think that is to much to ask.
