Question

How do I stay signed in?

I just got Adobe DC and now I have to sign in every time I want to open a document. This is very annoying and a giant step backward for Adobe.  Is there a way to either stay signed in or eliminate the need to be signed in.  Alternatively, is there other, non-Adobe software that can be used to view PDFs?

    Hi JohnKingCounty,

As you have mentioned above, you need to sign in to the application very time you try to open the PDF.

Generally, the application remembers the credentials once you sign-in to the application.

Please try the troubleshooting steps provided in the following help document.

    https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/adobe-sign-in-loop.html

If the issue still persists, could you please confirm the application name and version you are using? Take help of the steps provided here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

Also, let us know the OS version installed on the machine.

Let us know if you need any help.

    Regards,

    Meenakshi
