Looking at your requirement, I believe combining all pdfs into one single file would help you here.

You can use Acrobat's Combine Files tool (paid feature) to combine all those multipage PDFs and convert them into one.

I think you misunderstood. They want to convert a file that has multiple pages to just a single PDF page.

There's no built-in command in Acrobat that does that. You can achieve it by printing the file to the virtual Adobe PDF printer (on Windows only), specifying a very large page size and using the Multiple option, or by using a custom-made script. I would not recommend it, though. It's possible many PDF viewers will not be able to handle such a file correctly.
