How do I talk to Adobe about licensing?

How do I talk to Adobe about licensing?  We have four licenses to Acrobat and I need to load on another workstation.  I don't know which license to use.  I call support and I am told that I cannot talk to them, I must chat.  I try to pose the question on chat and my session times out at just over a minute because I have several words to type (this is why I wanted to talk to someone in the first place).  So I'm left here with a forum and still nobody to answer the question.  I don't even know enough to ask the question.  This is why I want someone to TALK TO.  How do I do that?
