Hello,

I have found similar topic and checked the answers but because my Adobe Pro membership is expired i can not remove it. I am not paid member anymore but Adobe asks me to renew my membership to remove Add-in on Outlook. It is very frustating.

Here the link ;

Is there any alternative way to remove it?

Thanks,

Hello @stunning_epicness5D2D

++ Adding to what our community product expert has already shared, you can use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the installed Acrobat or the freeware Acrobat Reader app. Restart the machine after running the Cleaner tool to remove the traces of the application.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

@stunning_epicness5D2D If you don't EVER plan on using Adobe Acrobat at all (since your membership expired), use the "Adobe Cleanup Tool" (https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/download-install/apps/troubleshoot/download-failure/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) designed to wipe every trace of the software, including the stubborn Outlook add-ins that keps popping up!

Download the Adobe Acrobat Cleaner Tool from the official Adobe site. Don't use any other third-party tool.
https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/download-install/apps/troubleshoot/download-failure/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html. Followthe instructions and run the tool and select Acrobat. Click Clean Now. This will 'purge' the registry and all Office plugins. And restart your computer after it does this. And you should be good to go!
