How do I view attachments made to pdf file? Zero attachments are displaying even though I've attached several to pdf file.

How do I view attachments made to pdf file?  Zero attachments are displaying in navigation tab for attachments even though I've attached several to pdf file. I'm using PC and have Acrobat X standard

Thanks. I ran "repair acrobat installation", and still not resolved; attachments are not displaying. 

I can add a new attachment successfully,  however once I save, close and reopen pdf file, the attachment no longer displays on screen.


Resolved...recreated pdf form file and added attachments, saved, closed, and reopened file.   Attachments are displaying in navigation tab.

Note:  uninstalled any other pdf editor software; may conflict with acrobat X application.

Using navigation tab for attachments - add feature.   Aware saving attachments successful, because when I attempt to add the same attachment to file, Acrobat prompts me, if I want to replace attachment already save to pdf form file.
