Once again I am constantly dogged by adobe trying to sell me something I already bought. How do I turn off the Welcome screen on Acrobat, or at least get rid of all the up selling.

How do I turn off Recommended for you. I''m pretty sure Adobe has no idea what I need.

How do we turn off "get inspired by  curated PDF spaces." I don't care about PDF Spaces.

How do I stop the try it now messages.

All of the visual clutter make work even more difficult.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

I understand how frustrating that can feel.  While Acrobat doesn’t currently provide a full option to disable all promotional or “recommended” content, there are a few steps you can take to minimize

Please try to disable automatic “Tips & Tutorials” pop-ups and see if that helps:

  • Go to Edit › Preferences › General and uncheck “Show me messages when I launch Acrobat” and reboot the application once.

Let us know how it goes.

That was already done. The issues are the constant coaching and up selling while using the program. How can I disable ALL adobe pop-ups

Hi there

Hope you are doing well.

By default, the app provides information in various locations about other tools, subscriptions, mobile apps, and Acrobat (for Reader users). These messages educuate users about additional features and products. Admins can disable most of these messages via the preferences as shared in the upsell section of the help page https://adobe.ly/3M7s70P

Let us know if you experience any trouble and need more help.
