How do you assign an individual as a reviewer only. I only need their initials not signature.Can this be done in all instances for particular individuals. I have approximately 12 people who review documents on a daily basis and I need their initials only. I've never written code so any "Dummy" answers would be grateful. At the present they can initial but must sign at the end of the document in order to move the document forward. This is creating an issue as they are "Legal" documents and the additional signaure CANNOT BE USED BY LAW.
