How does Adobe sign fulfill the Indian legal compliance for eSignature

Hi All ,

I am interested in knowing how Adobe esign fulfills the Indian Information Technology Act stipulations with respect to esigning and approval from the competent certifying authority for it's esignature validity in India . Looking forward to your replies.

Please don't post the same question multiple times. Also, you're not talking to "Adobe" here, but to (for the most part) fellow-users just like you. We don't have any insider info about how Adobe does things, just more experience and ability (or willingness) to find information about such issues than most people.
