subscriptions don't use serial numbers. you sign in with your adobe id using the desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

if you had a non-subscription acrobat provided by a computer company (eg, dell), check that companies website for your software and installation instructions.

I have a subscription for adobe pro dc

And that version came with the pc many years ago, I don't have a serial number was already instaled in the PC when I buy it…. so…. Thanks for your help and assistance. I really appreciate the time that you spend helping me… Thanks!

Thanks! was helpful … I do the downlolwd for the adobe acrobat pro x (the same as my old version)… everything was good but….. now ask me for a license….

you have to have a valid serial number to activate all adobe (non-subscription) programs.

if you purchased from or registered with adobe, check your account: Adobe ID

otherwise, Find your serial number

Mac OS X 10.7.5 In I think was Adobe Acrobat pro x

I was deleting somethings to make space and for mistake I delete it. Now I try to find it in apps and in the app store and I done see it anymore. The new versions are not supported.

I don't find some version to download. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc Account (for two PC, one is at my work but again its not supported.

Any suggestion?
