How is possible i can't deactivate my free plan?

I can't deactivate my free plan because the section for cancel the plans is not loading? The support is always off, i don't find an e-mail address to write them down. How can i do it???

If you have a free plan, what do you need to cancel? You could need it for Adobe Reader.
