How LACCD Built an Actionable 89-Checkpoint Framework for Institution-Wide Accessibility

Came across LACCD's approach to accessibility and thought it was worth sharing here. Instead of a general "make things accessible" policy, they built 89 checkpoints across policy, procurement, pedagogy, and platform, each with an owner and a timeline. One detail that stuck with me: when a campus fell behind, the response was hands-on support from another campus, not just pressure.
