How long does it takes to create PDF?

Hi. I'm trying to create PDF. There are 140 pictures, all together they have 20 MB. When I clicked on "create PDF", blue circle icon started to spin and it's been going for one hour, when I gave up. Than I tried again, that time gave up after 20 minutes.
