How to access saved work and access my adobe acrobat pro dc account?

I pay for adobe acrobat pro dc and have done for some time now, I am trying to log in on my chromebook to edit my book that I have created through acrobat pro dc, but my latest document isn't appearing anywhere, I have been using a different laptop up until now and it's mostly been fine, my laptop has stopped working completely so now I asm uising my chromebook fulltime. I have tried to log in to my adobe acrobat pro dc but it keeps trying to get my to buy it without the option of signing into my already paying for account. Any help or advice would be much appreciated, this is an entire years work and I'm not prepared to lose it.

Hi Esme,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to locate the document that you have created using Acrobat Pro DC application.

Have you saved the document to Document Cloud? If yes, please login to Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and search for documents under the 'Document' tab and see if that helps.

Also as mentioned you are now working on chromebook, please download the Acrobat Reader Mobile application from google play store and login with the same Adobe ID used for subscribing Acrobat Pro DC and see if that helps.
