How to add a photo into a pdf online shared document using acrobat app in a mobile device?

Question

My teams use a shared map and they need to comment and tag parts of the Maps. Using mobile device, they need to add information about specific areas in the map inside of a highlighted box. I've already realize that is impossible to create a square for the text using adobe app for mobile devices. I'm assuming that if I create that box with the information in a picture and add it to the map, it could work. Picture attached with a sample of what I'm trying to do.

Is your goal to add the ability to uplaod an image that would display with the information in the yeallow box?

I would be more tempted to allow an uplaod tothe cloud, like Adobe Cloud (or similar), copy the link (URL) to the image and include a field for the url in the yellow box you have in your screenshot.
