How to add an E-Signature box and sign in one step?
Is it possible to use preferably Reader DC to add a signature box and then sign it as well in one step? Or is the only way to use Acrobat Pro to create the box > Save > and then sign? Thanks

Reader DC is a free application, that give you access to the limited tools and very limited features.
Yes, with the help of Adobe Reader DC you can use Fill & Sign feature. Which would let you fill and sign a pdf form and add a signature to the document.

Are you trying to simply add signature to the document or create a form first and then add signature filed and get the document signed by others. Because in order to achieve that you need Acrobat DC subscription because Reader DC would help you with it.
