How to add commentary on bank pass protected pdf ?

Hello,I have full Adobe Cloud DC.I need to communicate with my accountant at distance.For that I need to use my bank account pdf that are protected for only read, and be able to add commentaries on differents points (I dont need to change the text, just to add a layer of commentary).Now I cannot surline or comment as it is fully protected.How to be able to do it simply ?Thank you[Moved from the Forum Comments forum (which is for issues with these forums themselves) and into a product-specific support forum - moderator]

If, commenting would have been allowed or this document wasn't restricted. Then, following the below steps, initiator could start a shared review and someone can participate in it-

Starting a PDF review, Adobe Acrobat
