How to add Expire date to a PDF file

Can someone please help me find out how can I add expire date to pdf files using Adobe Acrobat Pro application?

To truely expirer a PDF requires a DRM (document rights managment) system, such as Lock Lizard.  Adobe also licenses one of these.  They are expensive and intrusive.

But there is a way to do this that is not as secure and a fraction of the price.
