Not possible, unless you export them to a text file first, but you can use the built-in app.mailGetAddrs() command to display an address book dialog box to let the user choose e-mail recipients. This will only work on Windows, though, and also only in Acrobat (ie. not in the free Reader), so it's not super useful...
