thanks for replying i am just clicking on add print or clear or any other kind of button. But there is no option to upload document

Sorry about the typo above.

If you are trying to create a field where users can upload the document, there is no option in Acrobat by default.

In Acrobat Sign, an option exists to add an attachments field. For more information, please refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/field-types.html.

However, if you need to upload the document in PDF, you may try Attach file option under the comment tools in Acrobat.
