Is there a quick and easy way to apply the same font to  combined files?  I have a 75 page pdf that was created by combining multiple docs and I want to the font to be the same throughout the pdf without having to highlight every text box and change it manually. Help?!

No, there isn't. PDF wasn't made for editing, and Acrobat isn't anything like a word processor - more an emergency tool. PDF files have no margins or paragraphs or reflow rules, and changing font stands a chance of messing up on every single block of text; that's why you have to do it and review each one. Your best bet might be to try exporting to Word, fix it up and remake the PDF.  If you have the original editable docs (not PDF), best to fix them.
