How to associate multiple radio button groups

I have 7 different groups of radio buttons. Each group triggers some layers in the PDF. When selecting the first group I want to keep on and add the selection of the next group and then keep the first two groups on and add the selection of the third group and so on until the 7th group. The buttons within each group are available for the user to select. Need a code for this?
