How to best share business card PDF's for approval

I have typeset and output to PDF many internal business cards for various departments in our company - I just need to have them checked and approved by each individual and wondering which is the best way to do this?

Basically want it to be pretty straight forward and have them view the proof and then either approve it with a digital signature, for example, or reject it with comments.

• I can use jotform but they would still have to download the artwork separately.
• I think you can share a file from Dropbox and ask for a digital signature but it seems you have to pay for it, which I'm hoping to avoid.
• I can share each individual PDF with the intended recepients but I guess they would need Acrobat Pro to digitally stamp it?
• Or I can just go old school and email an attachment to each person individually and ask them to reply with comments (or direct them to a Jotform page).

Would appreciate some guidance from someone who has dealt with this problem already.
