How to change multiple Tooltips descriptios at the same time?

I am translating a pdf with multiple pages where the same Tooltip repeats several times in each page. Is there a way to select all fields with same Tooltip and change its description to the desired language? Right now I am doing one by one.

Do I apply your script to each document in the Prepare - Document Javascripts? Just want to know how it works.

It comes with detailed instructions, but basically it adds two new items under Tools - Add-On Tools, one to export the existing field names and their tooltips to a text file (which you can then open and edit in Excel, for example), and another for importing this file back, applying the texts in it as the new tooltips of the fields.
