How to change page size in existing document and reflow text

I have an existing document - formatted for 6x9.
I want to reformat it to 4.25x7

I can't figure out how to do this and cause the text to reflow in the new constraints.
How do I do this?

Luke is correct; you cannot perform extensive reflow within Acrobat.

Your best bet might be exporting to Word (or some other word processing or page layout application), making all of your changes in formatting, and then re-PDF the file.

Alternatively, if you can access the original document in the original application, make all of the changes there, and then PDF the file, this would be the absolute best option.

I don't think Acrobat can do this. You can run a preflight profile to scale the pages to the desired size, with distortion, if needed, (Tools> Print Production> Preflight) or you can place the pdf into InDesign at the desired size and position, then export to a new pdf. Do you have access to the original document? reformatting there and exporting to a new pdf would be the best option. If you only have a pdf, you could possibly save it as text file and flow the text into a new InDesign document at the desired size.
