How to change the page format-Acrobat 9

Hi, I just needed to reinstall my Acrobat 9 Pro after a crash of the PC. It all worked well and I can open files without any problems. But there are two things which I do not know how to set: 1. In the address bar it shows now as per following format as an example: file:///D:/Tod%20Heinrich%20W%C3%BCthrich.pdf. How can I get rid of file:/// to display only D:/Tod%20Heinrich%20W%C3%BCthrich.pdf, or even only BCthrich.pdf?   2. In the left margin I used to have the pages of of pdf file in small format, on which I could click to move them. The page series shows, but impossible to move them in the sequence. How can I restore this?
