How to clear a pre-filled in field

The attached form has pre-filled in fields in Section 5 that I need to clear, but I can’t find a way to do that. Please advise.

        The attached document contains no interactive form fields, so there are no form operations that can be used to clear the data. The “blue” prefilled data in section 5 is page content text.  To remove it you can use either the “PDF Edit” tools or the “Redaction” tool.
